4. Industry-Specific Guidelines
4.1 Industrial & Manufacturing Use
When deploying Hashtee models for industrial inspection, monitoring, or automation:
- AI Output must not be the sole basis for safety-critical decisions without human oversight
- Inspection systems must have appropriate fallback mechanisms
- Users must validate model performance on their specific use case before production deployment
- Anomaly detection and predictive maintenance outputs are advisory — they do not replace professional engineering judgment
4.2 Document Processing
When using Longlichi or other document processing capabilities:
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the documents you submit
- Output from document processing should be verified before use in legal, financial, or regulatory contexts
- Do not submit documents containing personal data unless you have a lawful basis to process that data
4.3 Speech & Voice
When using Kundoo, Shama, or other speech processing models:
- You must comply with applicable wiretapping, recording consent, and surveillance laws
- Inform individuals when their speech is being processed by AI
- Do not use voice synthesis to impersonate real individuals without their consent
- Comply with accessibility and communication regulations in your jurisdiction
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of Hashtee Services that violates this AUP, please report it to legal@hashteelab.com.
We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We may take action including content removal, account suspension, or reporting to law enforcement as appropriate.
6. Enforcement
We enforce this AUP through a graduated response:
- Warning — notification of the violation and request to cease
- Temporary suspension — restricted access while the issue is investigated
- Termination — permanent removal of access for serious or repeated violations
In cases of severe violations (illegal activity, imminent harm), we may proceed directly to suspension or termination without prior warning.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP to address new use cases, legal requirements, or emerging risks. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.
