Challenge
Metaforge produces thousands of precision fasteners daily — bolts, nuts, screws, and custom-engineered components. Manual inspection couldn't keep pace with production speed, and tracking work-in-progress across stamping, threading, heat treatment, and coating stages relied on paper logs and barcode scanning that introduced delays and errors.
Solution
Raru Runtime + Binbin
Raru Runtime was deployed on the inspection line to perform real-time visual quality checks. The model identifies dimensional deviations, surface cracks, plating defects, and thread anomalies — flagging rejects before they reach packaging.
Binbin tracks WIP movement across production stages using Metaforge's existing camera setup. No RFID tags or barcode scanners needed — the system recognizes part bins, counts inventory at each station, and feeds data directly into their MES.
