Most of the data a business runs on never makes it into a database — it sits on paperwork and in operational scenes on the company’s own cameras. Hashtee Lab builds the systems that turn both into structure: document AI that converts paperwork into records, and visual understanding that converts scenes into answers.
We were founded by engineers who kept meeting the same gap between AI research and shop-floor reality. So we design for the messy version of every problem — handwritten registers, stamped and smudged scans, crowded shelves, photos taken in a hurry — and ship systems that hold up in production, not just in demos.

Production first
A system that needs perfect input is a demo. We build for the worst scan of the day and measure ourselves on what survives review.
