We process the two most sensitive things an operation has — its paperwork and its premises. Here is how that responsibility is handled.

Your data is processed, not collected

Input you submit is processed to generate your output — we do not use your documents or camera feeds to train models unless you explicitly opt in. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with role-based access controls on our side.

In your deployment, you are the controller

When Dodo or Raru Vision runs for your business, Hashtee acts as a data processor under your instructions — you decide the lawful basis, the retention, and the notices on your premises. A Data Processing Agreement is available for enterprise deployments.

Vision without identities

Raru Vision is designed to produce aggregate operational signals — counts, zone states, and events — not to identify people. No facial recognition, no identity profiles.

Built and hosted in India

Our cloud runs in India, and edge deployments can keep documents and footage entirely inside your own network — nothing has to leave the building, let alone the country. We operate under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, with a grievance contact at legal@hashteelab.com.
