Challenge

Heavy engineering runs on forms. At Walchandnagar Industries, more than 200 physical forms carry the plant's daily record — filled by hand, on paper, at the point of work. Getting that information into digital systems meant manual transcription, with the delays and errors that come with it.

Solution

Hashtee reads Walchandnagar's physical forms with Longlichi. Printed structure and handwritten entries are extracted together into typed, structured records — form by form, without redesigning the paperwork the shop floor already knows how to fill.
